Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity of storytelling and SEN (special education needs) training with professional storyteller and published author Noel Fagan. Noel has a vast wealth of knowledge when it comes to SEN working with numerous special schools around Manchester. He is a registered nurse and practice educator specialising in working with vulnerable children and has created this custom-made training session linking the art of storytelling with SEN.
To truly immerse yourself in the training we are running this workshop at Hulme Community Garden Centre, a garden centre with a difference, that makes a difference! We will be using the plants on site to help us use all our senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell in helping learn how to deliver immersive and captivating stories to a variety of age groups with varying disabilities.
This is not an opportunity to be missed! Sign up to book your place here via Careerhub
Please note due to limited spaces that priority will be given to Faculty of Arts and Humanities Make a Difference Ambassadors.
