Temporary Customer Service Advisors (April – June)

We are an educational charity and the leading provider of GCSE and A-level qualifications. Each year we work with around 30,000 examiners and moderators who help us to assess the work of students. We also offer a range of support services to teachers and students.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our customer focused team at our Manchester university based central location.
You will be providing first line help and support to our examiners, moderators, past students and other staff within schools and colleges. Working as part of a busy team you will deal with a full range of enquiries via email and on the phone relating to our exam services. It is a fast paced environment, with lots of variety and a chance to really make a difference.
We are looking for candidates with a strong administrative background, including:
•Able to work as a member of a team and on own initiative
•Have excellent communication particularly telephone based along with written communication
•Call centre experience is preferable
•MS office suite knowledge and experience
•Ability to stay calm under pressure
•Use multiple IT systems and be able to advise others
•Work to strict deadlines
•Strong customer focus
